How long does shipping take?
Orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours (Monday to Friday)
How long does delivery take?
We generally ship with Colissimo. Delivery usually takes 48 to 72 hours. These times may be longer during certain busy periods, for pick-up point deliveries, and for shipments abroad.

How does payment in 3 instalments work?
We offer payment in 3 instalments with our partner Alma. This option is available when you check out, and lets you spread the payment of your order over 3 monthly instalments.

Where are your products made?
Our products are made in France and Italy, depending on the range.
Are your products vegan?
ALL TIGERS products are vegan: they contain no animal-derived ingredients (no cochineal carmine, beeswax or animal fat, for example) and involve no animal exploitation.
Are the products tested on animals?
In line with European regulations, ALL TIGERS make-up is NOT tested on animals. We find it cruel and pointless. We use well-known ingredients with established safety, approved by regulations or organic standards. Before it goes on sale, every product is assessed by an expert toxicologist and undergoes safety testing. Our products cannot be sold without this prior approval. Some countries outside Europe may require foreign brands to test on animals: if that were ever the case, we would give up selling our products in those countries.
How can I find out what's in your products?
The list of ingredients is printed on every box, and is also available on each product page of this website. If you have a question about one or more ingredients before buying, or out of simple curiosity, feel free to contact us for more information.
Do the products contain gluten, soy or essential oils?
No ALL TIGERS product contains soy, essential oils or gluten, except the COUP DE GRIFFE infusion, which contains gluten.
Are the fragrances used in the products natural?
The fragrance in our ALL TIGERS products is 100% natural.
What is the packaging made of?
Lipsticks & glosses: aluminium cap, HDPE bottle and stem (recyclable plastic), cardboard box with no varnish or metallic marking
Nail polish: glass bottle, HDPE cap (recyclable plastic), nylon brush
Eyeshadows: PEFC-certified wooden pencil, BIO-plastic cap, organic water-based varnish. No box.
Are natural products as effective as industrial ones?
ALL TIGERS products were designed and assessed to the highest standards, by experts used to working with conventional brands. Their verdict is clear: ALL TIGERS products are simply brilliant. Full stop.
How long can a product be kept?
Our natural products keep just as long as industrial ones. Each product carries a logo (a small open jar) marked 6M (6 months), 12M (12 months) or 24M (24 months), showing how long it is best used after opening, under normal conditions of use. It is best to keep the product away from light.
